You Can't Hate Yourself Into Being a Better Person
When we try to view ourselves through a lens of judgment or harshness, our any-gram types get stronger. The more I isolate myself from being vulnerable, the more my shortcomings come out. When we're compassionate, there's a softening and a disarming of the tendency. We can investigate and really look at what's going on and nurture a new response.
