Rishi Sunak has not sent out the signal that he's going to act strongly on this. On process, yes. I think he's launched investigations and more or less he's acted on them,. But I think on signal, no. So he has followed the rules. He has taken decisions based on the rules, but I think the problem with where Rishi Sunak is on this is that whether it was through his response to Dominic Rob's resignation, or the way he's handled the recent Boris Johnson debates in Parliament.
