Roger and James said it takes them years before they can rewatch some of their work with Shawshank being the powerhouse that it is. Do you guys still notice every tiny detail you would do differently? Obviously, tons of memories are attached to every frame. So it would make sense to struggle with rewatching just for the story alone. We recently rewatched it just because we were going to do this. And at the end of it, Roger turned to me and said, huh, that wasn't so bad as a film.
