I think one of them is the fundamental awareness of the risk and the capacity to make capital investments that help mitigate that risk. I think you see some of this stuff in design build too or retrofitting. Rethinking the space allocation use of space because of climate hazard, right? And we have abundant examples from New York to Houston now of a change in the way we invest in and operate real estate.
