Cobus is this lack of power infrastructure, even in South Africa. In a place like the DRC, moving up that value chain is going to be really dependent on infrastructure development. It's revealing kind of like indication of how difficult it is to get that happening in Africa. That DFC money that's coming in is part of the PGII, what we've been talking about for a long time and it's starting to happen now. The only company that sent a very tiny portion of its export of cobalt and copper to Angola was a Glencope project.
