Why Is the Youngstown Police Department So Small?
A total of 137 police officers were sent to the Itawan subway station. Police Chief Imjai was arrested December 23rd of 2022. He is still being investigated. Two other officers were immediately arrested because allegedly they told their subordinates to destroy internal reports about the crowds. There have been 23 people that were indicted. Half of them are police officers. Most of them are accused of contributing to the death toll through negligence or even trying to destroy official documents that might include criminal evidence.
