The Role of Ratings in Underwriting a Company
I don't really think much of ratings in my underwrite of a company. I think we just do our own word versus read the S&P note. But where ratings do play, a role is kind of in the sourcing and the technical. We're heavily focused on the leverage law market opportunity that we talked about. And if you want to source opportunistically and use that as an alpha lever, you have to define situations where there are natural holders that are looking for liquidity.
