When you are sitting on your bed with a diva thinking I don't want to do this again then you're already in a stress response. Everything is in cycles like breathing in out life born die everything is in cycles for women there's a monthly cycle for men, and also a daily one too. When we don't hit our goal we try to think our way out of it so primacy of thought keeps us in the stress response because we are trying to think our own way out of something that is a physical body reaction.
