I remember being it was so jarring when he said that line because the lot the other episodes otherwise to kind of throw away fun, Ocean's 11 send up. And then they're like doing this, you know, kind of kitschy stuff. So I think there's this question of what of how even Star Trek and time travel episodes is sometimes trying to either puncture the air and nostalgia about these time periods. In the case of say Star Trek 4, aka the One with the Whales, they're trying to say, hey, we have these problems in the here and now we might want to work on these while we still have a chance to do so.
