How to Be a Successful Pastor

In the internship I was forced to spend five months sort of chewing on who is the local church. So at least the internship as you and I do it here is a good platform for someone to have before they get a theological education. A seminary could also teach this content. Think of 2 Timothy 2.2 other than the formal internship program we have here. How do you try to obey that command in your own personal disciples?
