Tim Scott: A Smart Pick

Tim Scott has seen four or five times more ads from Tim Scott with his message than you are anybody else in this race. He's spending that money on advertising and I have to believe in a lot of these state polls that start, that's going to start to pick up because he has a four to one advantage over all the candidates that are relying exclusively on their super packs. So I got to give my hat tip to him on that.
