Even if you like, i think this is a thing that we struggle with, words like, well, if i technically can. If it's not right for you, and your not goin to be able to show up in a good way and productive and fruitful in life giving way, then you probably can't anyway. So there's multiple different ways to say no without just bluntly being saying nope,. Nobody wants to do that I don't think any of us would ever actually do that But we can get tied, or we can start trying to justify our all these things by saying they aren't possible.
