How to Improve Your Breathing

I typically start with mechanics and then I build CO2 tolerance stuff on top of that. The goal is just get it in a minimum of three times this week five if you can but like as long as you do the same exact protocol three times then maybe we'll have a semblance of improvement. If like psychological control was the main thing you needed for breathing we have a six-week program that you can follow where to go from there.
