The All Blacks' Success

The all blacks have built equity by having such a strong brand. The problem for New Zealand, and what I believe watching from afar now is everything's driven to the all blacks. But numbers of fans that are going through the gates of Super Rugby to watch the New Zealand teams would be down massively if it wasn't for the All Blacks. They need other countries around them to keep that mistake and keep that ability to still demand what they can demand.
