Is It Just an Explanation to Sell Tasla?

Elon musk is selling four billion dollars worth of stock to help finance his purchase of twitter. Do you think this is all just a big ruse, just to give him a big excuse to just sell out of tasla? I'm just curious, perst ovay, whoever executed those trades? I assume it's moregan stanley. But like, worthy stickmin an algo 20 % a volume, like the worst execution of all time. And so i'm not saying he used it as an excuse to necessary go ahead and sell tassel stock, but he, relly doesn't care about the capital markets, and he certainly don't care about twitter
