The Four Major Nations That Have Independent Foreign Policy

The US obviously has its independent foreign policy and it forces other nations to fall in line with the policy. Within Europe, I think France to some extent has a quasi or semi-independent foreign policy but on a lot of issues, they are forced to accede to US demand. So, for instance, France supports Ukraine in the Ukraine conflict, right, against Russia. In Israel, to a large extent, depends on the support and the alliance from the US. And what else can I think of? Which is the nation? The UK is a non-entity.
