How to Make Your Process Work for You

A lot of the things that were done there were like very manual. I spent weeks duplicating all the things for making this lady's process work. And I found out that basically 80% of what she was doing was redundant, like it didn't need to be done. That statement is a killer. That's what gets in the way of progress and good stewardship.
