I think that one of the things that might strike somebody as potentially a roadblock or just an objection to picking up a book like this is they're like, oh, it's going to ask me a bunch of tough questions. And I don't really have time to sit and like actually work through it almost like personal self walk through therapy in a way. Yeah. We feel like, I mean, I really should do that work, but I don't have time because one, we overestimate the amount of time it'm going to take or we have a different or inaccurate perspective on what it means to pause and ask a question while your coffee's brewing. Both of those are very beneficial
