The Democratic primary in Philadelphia for all intents and purposes is probably the general election. We don't expect a Republican to win the Philadelphia mayoral race this fall. Whoever has the biggest plurality there, I guess Tuesday night will be representing the whole of Philadelphia.
On Tuesday, voters are heading to the polls in at least three competitive races: the Kentucky Republican gubernatorial primary, the Philadelphia Democratic mayoral primary and the Jacksonville mayoral election.
