The Importance of Dualism in Science
Panpsychism is more successful in its expansion project than materialism and more parsimonious than dualism. I used to think we had scientific reason to doubt dualism, and now think we don't know enough about the brain to know that. But I would say, panpsychism is just more simple and elegant and parsimonious.
