The Contribution of the Personality Field in Psychology

I was wondering because of course this is the personality psychology podcast and you do of course also implement and have this personality perspective in your work. I guess I was kind of trained in personality psychology. That was what actually got me into wanting to be an academic was in my undergrad. And so I went into a personality lab, but my personality lab was definitely a person by situation type of lab. But I definitely look at personality within the context and find that really interesting.
