Are ESG Factors Relevant?

I want to ask yet another question around, in particular, Section 7 of the Clayton Act. I think there's an open question or I would be interested in your views as to whether ESG factors should be considered a relevant efficiency. Let's say companies say, as a result of our merger, we will emit less carbon emissions. Should that be relevant? Is that relevant? How could the agencies consider that in their analysis?
