Google Sheets is a fantastic tool for almost any workflow. Communication wise within a small company, you know, I've had experiences in the past where I am maybe managing my own thing and I think I'm managing it well. But I'm doing that in a silo and I sort of crank on something for like a month and then try to lob something over the fence or something like that. So if you have your project management framework in your Google sheet, here's what we are really leaning on those simple stand-up frameworks up there. Making all of those things as light as possible is really important.
