When I was climbing, I could do a lot more pull ups than I can now. And that's just because I'm not climbing very much. You do get a good bit of upper body strength with squash and you certainly do with gymnastics. But during lockdown, I put on four stone with my second pregnancy. It took me a lot longer to lose it.
