The Fear of Nuclear Power Stations in Ukraine
When Russia invaded Ukraine last year, the site was entered again and then occupied by Russian troops for months. It's been much more worrying when the Russians took over the Zaparlicia nuclear power station. The six reactors supplying a large amount of Ukraine's energy, which of course it is no longer doing. IAEA Director General Raphael Grossey has been calling for a safe zone around nuclear power stations in conflict zones.
