Like if you're very good at epistemology, you should be capable of picking up any new field of science. I think a lot of people who learn lots and lots of math can pick up new areas of math quickly because they know the right questions to ask. The efficient market hypothesis is a great example of this. It's not literally true ever in reality. So it's all stupid and silly and, you know, these people are just like, whatever.
