Peter's Going Back to Fishing

Peter's had a mystical encounter with a man claiming to be the messiah and then gone back to fishing. He was intrigued, but at some point the inspiration wore off. It was a religious phase that he had gone through. And now jesus comes after him again. Here is where peter becomes a disciple. Peter just takes the initiative all on his own. Our sense of growth happens when we're in the productive stage of discipleship. We channel most of our energy into church and family life - not an overwhelming kind of business.
