Sales enablement is about helping buyers make the best decisions possible. You have to start with buyer acumen, truly understanding your buyers. What are their challenges? What are the opportunities they typically can, they face it could enable and capitalize on what are the impacts of not doing either of those things? And how would they prioritize those needs and outcomes? If you truly understand your market and your buyers, then all of the downstream things that you can do, serve them include that and get more effective. We're hiring now but we're not going to be adding people in 2022 as a replacement for sales enableant. So if we want to speak a common language and go to market like everyone else
