Virgin Orbiter Launches Commercial Satellites Into Space

In a few hours time, Richard Branson's Virgin Orbiter will attempt to launch several satellites into space using a modified jumbo jet. If all goes well, it will also be the first time a rocket has been launched into space from UK soil. The Boeing 747, called Cosmic Girl, will carry the rocket to a height of 35,000 feet and release it into orbit.
