Didn't Die From an Abortion in the 1920s?
The prosecution said she drowned in the bathtub at the blue sea cottage. An abortion in the 1920s would have been very risky and dangerous for the woman. The prosecutor thought that he attempted or he started one. He either killed her accidentally with the anesthesia or he drowned her in the tub. If he did drown her, a panic would have been to dump her body on the beach.
