What Does It Look Like for a Pastor?
Ki: What does it look like a church to embrace, or try to intentionally construct, a place where people can be honest about their brokenness? Ki: I think it always starts with the leadership. Ah, you know, that the church will ultimately become a reflection of whoever its key leader is and whoever it's key leaders are. And so there has to be a shared commitment among the key leaders of a church to go in that direction.
