The Importance of Being Realistic

Max Prager: Be realistic about yourself, pro and con. What are you not particularly good at? Those are very important things for you to ably assess. Don't treat anybody as less than you just because they haven't achieved the same or more. If you're exceptionally good at something, don't think that makes you a better human being than the next guy.
