Alex andra has had an interesting life, at least to me. Her early career as a film maker sounded very glamorous. And i was curious what happened in your life such that you decided to start working with people in an in depth way in their personal healing. Well, since i was like 18 19, i started kind of having my own wake up experience. I read b here now, and i really felt like that transmission of like, my whole body shuddering with truth. That's when i started practising meditation in the vedic yogi style.
