In Judaism, there's this practice of 100 blessings a day where you are supposed to. It's as you go throughout your day, it's giving a blessing of gratitude. In our day to day life, our emotional lives are changing dramatically based on what we're seeing and hearing. Having a ritual that repeatedly resets that intention can be hugely beneficial.
