Can I Get a Refund for a Holiday in Norfolk?

We were travelling to am paphos, and we were told that we had to go back through the airport to the theck ind desk. And they said to just wait there and tooe would be in touch. We were probably in that cube again for about another hour and a half - with absolutely no staff to be seen. And then we all got a tex message from toe to say that the entire holiday had been an cumasiv fly from you and everyone else. I mean, it was, everybody was just shell shocked, really. Everybody as quite you know, we thought they were gong to find us another fly, you know. How wor you ended up doing instead?
