Vladimir Komarov's Death

Vladimir komarov died when his parachute failed on re-entry to earth. The spacecraft was not designed properly, there were flaws and problems. But because of political pressure, they had to send the spacecraft in space before it was quite ready. It's a communist nation, it was the tatolship of the proletariat, so you had to do what the bosss told you - even if it cost you your life.
