The Different Types of Customer Success Teams

The way customer success teams operate depends on their stage of growth or the market they're going after. Early stage companies might be, you know, one to 10 million dollars in AR right now. They're certainly at a kind of a different level of customer success than if you start getting into the 20 30 40 and even higher range of AR. The biggest difference there is when you're one to10 million dollars you're kind of less specialized.
