i generally, i'm a very political person myself, so i cand of try to avoid that. I've also focussed my career mostly on early stage, earlies stage start ups. There's a lot more ye we all got a pull in. We're all pulling in the same direction. When things start getting muddy, when metrics aren't hitting the mark any more, usually you start having more time for politics. It's not a good place to be. Once you have time for politics, you that's a really good sign that you should move on, because the business is probably failing already.
