CCG Grammars and the Future of Language
Grammars have beautiful generalization properties, but language is messy and they would have trouble with the long tail too. It's just that certain cases they have been designed for and a lot of them, you know, compensorially many of them, it would do very well. In the end kind of the thing, we're getting jumping way into the future, but the linguistic is fundamentally important.
