The Fed Should Not Allow Banks to Park Their Money at the Fed

We're approaching a world where everybody's fighting for yield and the way to get yield is more voltracapitalism. If banks can simply park their money at the Fed, why would you make a loan? If the Fed's paying 10%, why bother? Right. And this is why you should take it really seriously that we must not allow the steel of the US banking system by the big guys.
