To be diagnosed with dramatic and cyphalopathy sindrom, the individual must have a lot of exposure to repetitive head impacts. There would need to be a minimum of five years playing organized american football. And then there'd also have to be a good sense that other neurlogic, psychiatric or medical conditions cannot be fully responsible for those clinical problems.
