The Importance of Early Years Practice

Biggest problem with this job is that it's six days because if you work for a nursery setting, they can't do an evening. I see week and week out some of the most profound things ever just with children being able to be children again. And every single time I get there, I'll meet their child or I'll see something happening that just makes me just reminds me why I do this job in the first place.
