The President Is Not a Distort

The president is not a dictator. He can try to cajole the people and the people who are in charge, whether it's a congressional committee or it's a governor,. They have their own little like worlds that they that they govern. And so you can kind of get them to do things, but you just you're not the dictator, you know, like you have to. So those things happen. The crime bill happened. The welfare reform bill happened. Both of those bills happened with a lot of support from unlikely places today. But at the same time during that era, you also saw a profound amount of growth in Black wealth.
