How to Write Off Your Taxes
It's a common misconception that people have, you know, spending money throughout the year willy-nilly because I'm going to get it all back at tax time. It just doesn't work that way. And if it's not going to make a huge difference to your tax position at the end of the year, it actually may not be worth spending all that money in the first instance. "You see it everywhere on the ads, catalogs coming out like, you know,. buy, buy, buy before end of financial year," he says.
