The US shale industry is reaching a more mature stage and a lot of the best acreage has been drilled already. Having sufficient drilling inventory is important for if they want to stay public or at least not morph into some sort of a royalty trust with a finite life. We believe exploration activity in the United States remains rather tepid. And as such, we believe consolidation will continue even in the face of increased financing costs from high interest rates.
