South south corporation is driven by a country's experience with, say, colonialism and under development. So here it is more about combating some sort of asymmetrical relationship that the global south has had historically with the dominant global north. But do you see sometimes a contradiction between the normative approach and, say, the material approach? That may be of late, there's been more of a focus on, maybe a reputation seeking gaul that has somehow underlined the south south co operation narrative than theNormative approach.
