Oral Mouthwash
Bacterium is specifically in the oral, not in the gut. Do you think that's because it can't make it through the hostile acid levels of the gut? I don't like to use mouthwash. Many of them have fluoride and I'm concerned that they can actually do more damage than good. What kind of a mouthwash would be acceptable? That's not so harsh that it's going to cause you swallow mouthwash. And there's also dentist recommend the oral washers.
