i think we all need to be humbled quite a bit in our lives. And e ye, i can really do it for you. It's if you're being described as boring, or you feel like your boring, it's probably the biggest high lot that you need to sake a well rounded approach. If you can learn about different areas yon fitness, then it's going to apply to other things,. You can just take it anywhere, and the sky's the limit. But i will warn people, though, once you start to open your horizons, open your perspective like this, it's very normal to feel, i guess, overwhelmed.
