Are You Conscious of Your Egoic Tricks?

When you get human beings into groups, they sort of give themselves up to the collective ego of the group. And that's when a lot of great evil can get done. Most people hare pretty decent most people have a sense of compassion because they are connected to their heart. They're not cold blooded. But in groups, that's another matter. When your individual ego gets identified with the collective ego, now there's the sort of bond and become like a child of the larger parent. Then all hell breaks loose.
