J p. Morgan has made some negative comments about how much they want to buy back their shares because, as you she said, that's kind of their thing. They don't make it on balance sheet expansion cause they're not risk takers. Involatility was called there. People are talking about tress tests. Now, i didn't think the banks were the epi centre of risk taking in this particular cycle. So what is harming banks capacity to leverage their balance sheets now? What's the constraint?"
